Primary audiences are women football players aged 18 and over; parents and legal guardians managing profiles for players under 18; FIFA-licensed football agents and professional agencies; and women’s football clubs, academies, sporting directors, recruiters and verified scouts. Secondary audiences may include associations, coaches, partners and media — with access appropriate to their role.

Lady Arena is launching first in Cyprus and Greece, with architecture prepared for broader European expansion and future language versions. Exact market roll-out timing will be announced before each expansion stage.

No. The platform is built for women’s football careers at different stages — including players building visibility, academy pathways managed by guardians, and club recruitment across senior and youth contexts. Eligibility and verification requirements will be published clearly for each account type before the relevant release.

The initial launch period is expected to be free for early users. Final pricing, if introduced later, will be announced before any paid plans begin. No payment details are required to join the waiting list or request a demo.

No. Waiting-list registration only collects the information needed to understand your role and keep you informed. You will never be asked for card or payment details to join early access.

Adult players (18+) will register directly, build or claim a professional profile, control visibility of contact information, manage career history and media, and approve or reject representation and contact requests. Profile verification will be a transparent pathway — not an overstated guarantee.

A minor player does not open or independently manage the account. A parent or legal guardian registers as the adult account holder, controls public information, receives contact requests and approves professional connections. Minor contact details are never shown publicly.

No. Adult-to-minor professional contact is routed through the guardian. The guardian reviews and approves relevant enquiries and representation requests. When the player turns 18, a defined transfer process will move control to the adult player account.

An agency may invite or declare a relationship, but a player is not shown as represented until the other party — the adult player or the guardian for a minor — approves. One-sided claims do not become public “confirmed” relationships.

“Mutually confirmed” means both sides have approved the relationship on the platform. Related states such as Declared, Documents Reviewed and Licence Verified describe platform workflow — not automatic legal conclusions.

No. Platform confirmation is not proof of a legally binding representation contract. Legal agreements remain separate documents between the parties. Platform states help make relationships transparent; they do not replace contracts or regulatory requirements.

Agents and agencies will be able to submit licence and business information for review. Verification states will be visible and carefully worded. Exact review procedures will be published before the agency features go live; we will not claim that every user is verified.

Professional club and scout accounts will go through an organisation verification pathway before full recruitment tools are available. Staff roles and permissions will be controlled. Final verification criteria will be announced with the recruitment release.

Clubs and scouts will use structured search and controlled contact requests. For adult players, contact proceeds according to the player’s visibility settings and approval. For players under 18, enquiries go to the guardian. Private contact details are not exposed by default.

Yes. Adult players can choose how contact information is shared. Minors never have public email or telephone numbers on the profile. Controlled request flows are designed so conversations start only after the appropriate adult approval.

In the future, eligible adult public-professional records may be pre-created from approved sources and labelled as unclaimed. An eligible adult may then claim, correct, object to or request removal of that record. Claimable profiles will show source transparency and human review where required.

No. Automatically prepared claimable profiles, if used later, will be limited to eligible adult players and approved data sources. Profiles for players under 18 are created and managed only through a guardian account.

Yes. Correction, objection and removal pathways are part of the intended design for unclaimed adult records. Contact details for making such requests will be published with those features. You can also reach us via the contact form for pre-launch enquiries.

Lady Arena plans practical AI assistance — for example structuring an uploaded CV, drafting biography text, flagging incomplete fields, supporting translation, detecting likely duplicates, and helping turn a club’s natural-language request into search filters. AI-assisted content and potential matches will require user or administrator review before publication or action.

We do not advertise uncontrolled scraping. Any future import into claimable adult profiles must use approved sources, provenance tracking, human review, correction and removal tools, and adult-only safeguards.

A precise public launch date has not been announced. Current focus is the waiting list, stakeholder conversations and product preview. Initial release will prioritise Cyprus and Greece. We will inform waiting-list members as stages open — without promising a date that has not been approved.
